Ultracat I doubt I will get a PB, legs will still be tired from marathoning. Managed a reasonable pace for about half of the 10k. It was hot and sunny and there was a killer hill at 9k. Came away with a spot prize for being the nearest runner to 55 mins, and there was a choice of colours and sizes in the ladies fitted tops, I got a lovely yellow one in just my size.
