Whoever It was a lovely cool calmish morning, perfect conditions. Bristol turned out in force for this excellent event. Started well and ran comfortably for 10 miles - a tidy 1 hr 05 to that point.... then felt pretty weary and really just jogged to the end, with occasional bursts of enthusiasm ! mikasa First half. Didn't train consistently enough and didn't do enough long runs. Started off too fast carried by the crowd and the easy,long, straight section of Portway.
