Bear Foot Aim to get under 37.00. Bit uncertain and a test of training to date really. Post Race Update: Failed dismally to get PB. Conditions were perfect and course was fast. Just couldn't run as fast as I needed to. Foot was a bit painful but managed to put up with that in the race so probably didn't slow me down all that much. Sorry to anyone that bet on me. makkem Hope to at least beat my time for the Pensford 10k last Sunday (27/04/08), as I understand the course is a bit flatter. Offical results in today's Bristol Evening Post, managed 51 mins 37 secs. Hope the organisors have the sense not to take any more runners in this event, 5000 is about all the course can take.
