B Another race used as a training run. Have been pretty tired and down since I tok ill in Amsterdam. My aim was just to run as I felt and I was pretty surprised with the result. Felt really strong today actually. Heathfield RRC 41:07 42:15 42:15 73.50

Gasping 4 breath After the Rainforest 10k, I'm feeling confident, my aim is to finish sub-55, with a bit of luck. UPDATE: Wooohooo!!!!!!!!!!!! that was fast!. It didnt feel like a good race though, the smells from the beach cafe of putrid chip fat around the 4k/9k barrier was really foul. As soon as I crossed the finish line I nearly threw up. But never mind all that, the sun came out, it was a really lovely day for running, and I PB'd (by more than 2 mins, per chip time). So for everyone who bet on me, thank you; glad I've helped you earn all those extra credits!! Had to wait longer for my bag at the end than it took to run the whole 10k!!
