DrDebs it would be nice to break the 18 minute barrier as never done that before - WOW!!! Well happy - i can't believe i went under 18 minutes especially after the coastal run on Saturday. my quads felt cream crackered from that! Whoop Whoop - well chuffed!!! Impossible is Nothing Rather the time was quicker but best race for a while. Pleased with effort throughout race and beat a couple of people pleased to beat. Good conditions for running, perhaps a little too cold at the start. Good times from Westbury folk and nice to Suzie again. Result 24th out of 102 Westbury Harriers 17:50 18:23 18:23 73.07
