Ellioski A wet day made it a muddy race, so I was never going to beat last years time. However, I still went one better and finished third this year. I like getting down and dirty so enjoyed the race. I wasn't going flat out as this was just a warm up for Sunday's triathlon, so surprised to finish in the top three. Running well at the moment, the legs are feeling good and I hardly noticed the hill was there. Louth AC, Louth Triathlon Club, CRISS Club 23:48 25:11 24:00 25:11 57.97
