StuBarnard Started too far back so wasted some time getting past people. Felt quite relaxed 1-3k, but started to get a bit raggedy approaching 4. Had a mini-bonk at 4, then picked it up for the last 800m. Misread the finish position and made the final push a little too early. All of that cost me the 4 seconds I needed!
