milemonster Last time I ran this race was 29th April 2009. I was 19th and it was after shortly after the FLM. I would love to do sub 5:15 for each mile which would be a 21min race but I've just finished my marathon training for the Shakespeare Marathon so I'm not primed for a 4 mile race. I finished the race in a very slow time. O well, can't expect to be on form for a 4 mile race when I've been training for a marathon. In fact I don't think I've run intervals for a while. After the marathon training I'll schedule in some faster reps. On a more positive note I came third overall senior male in the Borders League for 2010 / 2011. Wrexham AAC 21:43 22:00 21:50 76.62
