Cavey I shaved 28secs off last years time, but still 2 and a half minutes outside that elusive PB! Enjoyed the run particularly the last 2k where I found a bit of energy from somewhere. Wasn't overly impressed with the watch and would've much preferred a t-shirt to add to the mountain! Greenman For anyone who is confused, this is the 6.25M version, not the HM. I was hoping for sub-40 but to break 38 mins was totally unexpected. I find 10Ks hard work as there's no time to ease off if you want a fast time and this was no exception. weather was perfect and excellent organisation by NDRC although I think that the race is at it's limit in terms of the number of runners it can accommodate.
