Ha! havent ran this for a couple of years..unique age graded event meaning paula radcliffe would get a head start on me..lovin this race :-) would love to break 40 mins..*UPDATE* --well under 40mins.. biting cold wind,rocky underfoot and 3 jettys to negotiate by ladder!!! because of a high tide..finished 56th which im chuffed with as our group (o40 men) started 2nd last in the hcap system.. a top race and coming back North East Veterans AC 34:00 34:00 39:45 36:52 60.99
