pudding monster really pleased. think I could actually have gone 5 to 10s faster if I had really worked the last few hundred metres. my apologies to the Bournville runner I cut up overtaking at the start of the second lap. my misjudgement. Athletics East 18:47 18:47 18:50 78.41
