jdc Bit disappointed with this race had to run to get to the start and missed it so joined at the back which threw me out for at least the first lap. Quite a nice course no big hills but undulating and the stream was no problem. Managed to pass 3 people on the second lap and was closing on the woman in front of me coming into the finish so must be happy with that. Distance was 6.7k Northbrook AC 33:01 34:46 38:31 51.03
