Whoever Hot and humid morning - right knee and hip felt tight again after training on Thursday and by 5km the old right leg back-lift-limiting injury was back with a vengeance. Not a classic race, but very well organised by Spectrum Striders... oh, and contrary to the NVAC 10km last weekend I measured this race as slightly longer that 10km Northern Veterans AC 39:58 40:59 40:59 73.11
