mad4it New course for me so lets wait and see, will I be fresher because it's the longest day? There must have been a hill which ran around 2km at the 4km mark, the wettest run I have done so far, was soaked through I found this quite a hard course and was told if you can run this 10km course with it's hill you can run any 10km course.
