baggieboy First race since last April after recovering from a low back/hamstring/calf injuries. Planning to help a club runner to a new PB, therefore i completing this race as training run. Achieved what i planned to do and help a running mate to achieve a PB. On to the race. A lovely route with a couple of small inclines, not to much to worry about. i will enter again next year for my own personal best, which is very achievable on this course.
