Konaboy Last minute entry. Idea was to do recovery run after 20m on Friday. Was surprised to feel so good on tired legs & run much quicker on 2nd 5m. Good event though pity only 140 run cause this has PB potential all over it & fundraising was for ND Hospice. Fab nosh afterwards in the clubhouse. Towel was nice alternative to medal or T-shirt.
