gtwhitton Having been able to do some decent running lately for the first time in 2 years I am sure I can beat last months time, and am looking to go under 21mins. PB for course is 20m11s in 2005. Won't get close to that, but should hit targe this time round. Update - felt really good and kept form well. Couldn't believe when I came through in around 20m20s when my pb was off 30-40 miles weeks, and I have hardly done anything this year.
