FurryH Talking this place to help out a mate who can't run. Not trained for it so not sure of how I'll do. UPDATE not a bad run. Little quick to begin with and then backed off and took it easy. Halvedin3 Didn't do Sleaford in the end due to wife's work commitments, so entered this one late. Looking forward to it although will be hillier than Sleaford so time prediction a little slower.
