ironman had a dead heavy week training for IM austria, no way will PB this one-legs too heavy. will be on bike day before and will be running this as training. Quaint race, but not worth the 14quid entry fee-16 for late entries, compare it to dog and hedgehog half for 9. very tired before the race following a bike session saturday so quite pleased wit the time. rollerman Had a chesty cough all week, so ran this for the club points and not as a race. Well pleased with the time had a moderatly paced run which felt quite good, last 3 miles was hard work though. So when well could do better! I hope.
