bedlam_g I'm coerced into (against my better judgement) doing my clubs 5k time trial in Bellahouston Park. And to my surprise I get a big PB and its my first time sub 20 despite it being only 3 days after the Alloa half marathon and with an almost 2 mile warm up. God 5ks races are horrible my lungs bursting from beginning to end. Bellahouston Road Runners, Cumbernauld AAC, Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 16:12 18:56 19:45 66.11
