Update - Just didn’t happen for me tonight, I was desperate to do well against my fellow club mates. Really disappointed. ClaireT OK, so no PB today, but I'm pleased enough with my time considering this was my 3rd race in 8 days, and I already got a 5K PB last week! ian9657 Only my second race in 18 months, following the struggle in the heat and hills of Bearsden and Milngavie on 9th June, had a really good handicap, only one person starting before me. Managed to overtake her at the 1k marker and then ran from the front for the next 4Ks..... been a long, long time since I did that ! Unaffiliated 19:43 21:33 25:50 22:48 64.07
