Blister Big improvement on last year’s organisation, except for the start which is still badly marked also people not going in the right zones. Not as fast as I wanted but still a PB so I can't really complain, probably could have been a bit quicker if it wasn't for that wind. But I had terrible stitch at mile 8 for about 4 miles, almost had to stop a few times it got so bad. Also would have helped if I had trained with Lucozade before hand. TingTong The first time Ive done a race not looking for a PB, and it paid off big style, first time ever |ve ran any race doing negative splits. Beat my PB by 45 secs, without even going for it!
