Boycie Not in great shape but not too bad in the circumstances - set off too hard again 5.45ish 1st mile, but managed to hold on better and only last two miles slowed to 6.20s (both of which had hills in). Definite improvement since last week. Finished off the session with 3x1200m to boot, which was good! Unaffiliated 34:19 36:38 36:30 36:38 69.61
Firestarter First league race in a while having missed all of last summer through injury.....not set up as a target race but would hope to beat last years time..

Mountainmat What a great race, I thought my predicted time may have been a little ambitous, but apparently not. I beat my previous 6 mile PB, which I set less than 2 months ago by just over 3 minutes. I guess I am seeing the benifits of track training. Hermitage Harriers RC 37:27 37:27 39:00 37:27 67.99

Scouse Bird Going to try to get a PB on this one in 2009! whoop whoop.

I did 56.28 on Boxingday, so I am hoping to push myself a little harder, however I may gust get pipped with the last hill! But I will push on up and not smile at the end to get a PB! ;0)

ThorntonRunner Still in recovery phase from broken metatarsal, so ran this with our slower ladies to i) give some encouragement and ii) ensure I didn't try anything stupid with pace! Ended up running with Angela - the furthest she'd ever run and her time at 5 miles was the fastest she'd run that distance so she was happy and my job was done:). Overall happy with foot - some discomfort but nothing excessive. Unaffiliated 39:34 1:10:48 1:13:37 38.30
