Prof Disco Dean Pleased with time, shame the hills and the bad weather made conditions hard towards the end! Reading Roadrunners 1:42:37 1:46:43 1:46:43 62.75
Dubbya Felt awful from the start and walked at the 8 miles hill/water station. Got it together enough from 10 miles to just stay under 7 mm average pace Abingdon Amblers AC, Hillingdon AC 1:43:12 1:43:12 1:39:59 1:43:12 67.99

Well controlled pace. Probably the first time I haven't started far too fast. PB by 33secs & 2 minutes better than last year. ran with Liz most of the way, which helped stay on pace. Bring on the white horse half! Alchester RC (Bicester), St Austell Running Club 1:44:32 1:44:32 1:44:32 71.81

SparkyMark Lovely weather, mind you there was 4 miles of stinging rain, that impaired my vision, so I may be mistaken.

First race back after 7 months. Felt comfortable, though legs got a bit weary from 11 onwards. Not knackered. All good :-) Just wish flanker had not let me go to see how fast I can run up a hill.

Things I'm glad I did - Not to bother with sunglasses, wear a short-sleeved t-shirt under my vest, not go and be stupid and push it too much. 'sprint' finish :-) turn up Alchester RC (Bicester) 1:54:42 2:05:25 2:05:25 55.94
leysrunner took it easy due to my legs not wanting to move any faster. Great run for 10 miles then just held on. Loved it. Unaffiliated 1:54:44 1:54:44 1:54:44 64.86
