GD Well pleased with the time - I was hoping on sub-75 mins, but due to arriving at the start late, I had to start right at the back, and had to work my way through a large amount of traffic! As a result, the first four miles took 32 mins, so I thought I'd no chance. However, a couple of miles out, I found someone who was running alongside at a really good pace, so I decided to keep with them - right to the end! Totally knackered, but well pleased with the time. The race itself was as good as ever - I can't recommend it highly enough. Though I don't need to, as numbers are steadily rising every year! I'll certainly be back again for a third attempt in a year or two. FERC 1:08:03 1:11:12 1:14:52 1:14:52 58.44
