Edmondo Not going to be in best fettle having done 22 miles on Friday night but still felt pretty good on Sunday morning. Ran a solid race but it's a tough 10k with all those hills thrown in - my splits varied between 3.33 and 4.26! Finished 20th but didn't overtake or get overtaken anywhere in back 5k. Very well organised event with a great community feel to it. Unaffiliated 35:28 35:28 39:30 39:40 67.44
Tizer Tough race today, weather was a factor but it was the hills really slowed me down. Falkirk Victoria Harriers 35:16 39:55 41:48 63.53

happygasman Great Race. Well organised , beautiful scenery , wasn't up for a pb anyway so didn't worry too much about the hills . Exactly equal splits , used my ALDI heart rate monitor to keep myself under control . I actually enjoyed running this . Apologies to betters , but you were warned Unaffiliated 50:51 51:25 52:00 53:23 58.11
Jamis New one for me, and what a tough 10km. Weather was great a little bit to warm for me but great scenic race, the hills on the other hand where a bit hard especially in the warm sun. Happy with my time, since Ive not been trained very much. Well organise and great atmosphere at the start and finish. One for next year!! Unaffiliated 42:54 42:54 46:21 57.48
