sanddancer 11/1/06 Prediction: I was under the weather last time. Hopefully for this one I'll be quicker. Look out numbers 59 & 116... I'm hot on your trail! Result: Spot on my target time and another PB. Found it very difficult to get going again and by 4km was behind my target pace.
