Ally2 Windy race. Front led to destroy blackheath and dangerous moses of gateshead who had run a 1500m 40mins early so was probably tired, as they were our promotion rivals. Only derby runner and ian went with the pace then ben took me with 400m to go. Beat ian for the first time so got a points. Happy with outcome. Gutted for the team. Lost out on promotion by only 4 points. 2nd in 8:32.99 Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 8:21 8:27 8:32 89.38
