TheScribbler The swim is marginally shorter than 400m, given that the pool is measured in yards, rather than metres. The bike is 2 and 3/4 laps out up a main road then round through a pretty village and up a short, steep hill that has a bit of a turn about half way up. You ride the hill twice and on the third lap just go up to the roundabout at the top of the main road and turn back.
