Steve72 Hadn't done enough long runs in training! Very warm day, very hilly course, severe cramp at 21 miles. Had to stop for 5 minutes and then again a mile later. Plodded along slowly for the last 4 miles. Unaffiliated 3:05:35 3:13:22 3:05:00 3:13:22 63.43
