Boycie not one of my better runs. woke up feeling decidely dodgy and deteriorate from there. On course to pb until 6km, but then wheels fell off for a km. Gobi came past, and luckily I managed to latch onto him and worked my way to the end losing only a few more seconds. haven't felt great since. dunno what's the matter :( Unaffiliated 34:46 35:35 35:30 36:22 73.02

MKS Pleased with this result (my 1st 10k) but still trying to figure out what happened in km 6 and km 7 my two slowest splits. Why? It was a bit windy but on reflection I just think I lost focus watching everybody else ahead of me.

Rach E Trying to run at a steady pace on road back from injury. Update: Plan was to run a controlled pace from the start to finish in around 40 minutes. Felt very good throughout and never distressed. This is good. A long way to go to get back to old fitness but slightly surprised to find sub-40 relatively easy!
