SDI SDI This was the one year anniversary of my first race so I was quite excited. I ran it with my running partner Liz who got me through a very difficult 7k-8k. We ran a very evenly paced race and I was reasonably happy with our time but the question is............Will I ever manage a sub 60 10k? Well, that's the goal for this year!!
