ScillyBee I felt really good at the start of the race and knew that I was going to be able to complete it. The first four miles was good until we hit the shingle and then had to take the next two miles fairly moderately. I started to flag past the six mile mark and knew that it was time to put into use the minute walking every so often. The mile between six and seven was quite a long one but as soon as I past seven I knew that I was going home. As soon as I hit nine miles I went for it and beat my predicted time. It was a good race and at no point did I think what the hell am I doing. I would like to do the race again next year but run more of the second half. tinebeest Course was quite tough compared to my only previous ten mile race, and possibly that marathon was still hanging a bit in my legs. Still, not too bad considering the top runners were also a few minutes down on the Blaythorne 10 results. Unaffiliated 1:52:12 1:57:24 2:01:18 40.47
paskha I didn't seem to have any Mounts Bay Harriers 1:26:24 1:43:25 2:03:29 48.91
