Slipknot69 Very pleased with this.I have had a month out injured and had to cram in last minute training.Including a 20 mile run 2 weeks before.51 miles in the week before the 20 miler and the taper.Will take this considering. Orlando84 My second attempt at sub-3 after just missing it (still a PB though) in Paris in April. More or less a perfect race! Went off a bit too quick and hit 10k (39) and Half (1:25) in PB times (technically 10M/64 and 20k/1:20 as well but let's not get silly!) That gave me a buffer knowing I could get sub 3:00, so just grit my teeth and finished as best I could. Chas born to run! Smashed the costume record for Songe Bob Square Pants. Took 1hr 12 mins of current record. So hot nearly fainted when the temperature difference was felt when taking the costume off. Do not try this costume challenge unless to are a seasoned runner. edso90 Great day for it and good athmosphere. Was doing fine and on course for sub 3,30 up to 23 and began to fade a bit adding 40 seconds or so on to each of the last 3 miles.
