Grid This a fair bit tougher than I was expecting, and I'm satisfied with the time. The climbs were made more difficult by a steady wind that was very unwelcome! A good race though. Bournville Harriers 45:33 52:36 55:00 56:05 47.09
sugs Caned it first half and acually got a 5k PB. Then it was like hitting a brick wall for 2 mile (awful). Hence time, but is nice to get back into 10k again after months of marathon training, Trawden AC, Barnoldswick and Colne Running Group, Lancashire, Barlick Fell Runners 47:45 48:58 51:44 60.92
