Agent Orange Fantastic weather but lots of dew. Started quite steadily and got to 2 km in 8.46. Kept it going well in the 3rd km (which I didn't manage last time), with a couple of us running together. Harder in the 4th and 5th kms. Don't have a really fast last km at the moment as I don't think I have enough long stamina. Didn't quite break 22 mins. But considering the aim was to get anywhere near 22.20 I should be pleased - and am Unaffiliated 19:40 21:44 22:01 64.31

One of the flattest courses I've been too, so potentially one of the quickest. Do it when it's dry for speed and watch out for the narrowing!
