funkin Felt rotten when I woke up - stomach ache and slept really badly. Just took the run steady and hoped I'd feel better after the first couple of K's. Didn't happen. Last 5k wasn't fun at all. Lalli All the training has paid off and I pushed quite hard but not too hard. I was running with a stopwatch but paid no attention to it, I wanted to try to pace myself to aim for under an hour. Came round the corner to the big clock and it was on 57.36! Pushed hard and sprinted to the finish. I reckon I got just on 58 minutes, but forgot to stop the stopwatch as I crossed the line hence 58.09. Just waiting for the official result now! Official result 57.59!
