‘We meet every Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm outside Hereford Leisure Centre.’

🟠Do you offer free taster sessions?

🟡I’m worried I’ll be too slow. Do you cater for all abilities?

‘Absolutely! We offer 5 different pace groups to suit all abilities. Our motto is no one gets left behind.’

⚫️I want to improve my running. Can you help?

‘We’re passionate about developing our members. We have 6 EA qualified run coaches and 8 run leaders. We also host regular structured training sessions for speed and endurance.’

⚪️I love running for the social and health benefits. Can I still join?

‘Yes! Hereford Couriers is much more than just a running club. We have an active social scene with parkrun tourism, weekend hiking trips, our showpiece end of year party & loads more!’

Hereford Couriers Christmas 10k Race IMPORTANT UPDATE

UPDATE OF 07:15 ON 28/12/2023.

Due to the high river levels the lane to the Hereford Rugby Club is now flooded and impassable.

Registration and the start/finish has been moved to Great Western Way. Look for the red gazebo

There are no changing facilities or bag drop. Please be ready to run and leave belongings in your car. We have two porterloos available and are toilets located nearby at Sainsburys & Asda supermarket.

Fancy something a bit different? Why not sign up to Hope Valley Run?

The HVR route incorporates fields, ash paths and woodlands within the valley between Woolhope and Fownhope. The course has its hills and flats and endless scenery. A few Hereford Couriers completed a recce run of the route today and reported how much they enjoyed the challenging route!
