At Forres Harriers we’re all about fun along with competitive running. Our coaching team will help train you to reach your highest potential, we always have a great time whenever we run. We’ve been around since the late 40s and are not planning on going anywhere. See how you can become part of our club and join us at local running events.

WHAT DAYS ARE TRAINING ON?

Winter Months:

  • Tuesday 09:00 and 18:30 start @ Grant Park

  • Thursday 18:30 start @ Grant Park 

  • Saturday 09:00 start @ Grant Park 

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS ON OFFER?

  • Tuesday - Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work


  • Thursday - Tempo Run: approx. 6 miles


  • Saturday - Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work

IS THERE JUNIOR TRAINING?

  • Our Junior training is on Thursday evenings 17:30 until 18:15

  • Juniors need to be at least 9 years old to partake.


  • We currently have places available for  Junior Training Sessions. Email us for further details:
