    2008: 400m (0.57), 800m (2.09), 1500m (4.29), 1 mile (4:55), 3000m (10.28)
    2009: 400m (0.56), 800m (2.07), 1500m (4.37)
    2010: 800m (2.07), 1500m (4.26)
  • Ventilator says: Haven't run sub 5 min mile since about 1987, so this could take a while to achieve!!

    Just got into track again this year - first time in 26 years! Apart from the 3000m, I've only tried each race once ... SO FAR!!
