Are your waking up resting pulse and deep sleep resting pulse differant , and if so, by how much?.. Im looking to get the figures in for the following states-
Deep Sleep Resting BPM =
Power Nap Resting BPM =
Waking Up BPM =
With a hope that we can review the Zones that folks are training in and maybe get a change and increase in performance ?
