Gobi: Why do SOME people think a person has to run marathons be a real runner? Rach has 80% WAVA grades at all distance from 5km to half m and is getting faster. Marathon is a dull fecking distance anyway. -

Rach E: RS and RB - It basically calculates how good a race time is compared to the world record performance for someone of your age and sex. It's a good way of competing like-for-like :o) Basically, 90% = World class; 80% = National class; 70% = Regional/county class; 60% = Local class. I use this site to calculate it: howardgrubb.co.uk -
