Dvorak: Run like a whippet, I would think.

BaronessBL: Probably best not to let her off the lead to find out... ;-)

Velociraptor: She's so well trained that she's OK off the lead. And at the moment she's not letting any of us move without investigating what we're up to dog

Velociraptor: I've brought her bed (which is full of smelly blankets) and her bowls, of course, her own lead. She's already a lot less nervous and she's eaten most of her food and what was left in the cats' food bowl :)

Roobarb: Not sure if whippets are like greyhounds - couch potatoes and not really built for long distances 😃 Lovely dawg 😃 I would have done exactly the same as you though x

susietwoshoes: Several friends have whippets and they can go for miles and are as fast as formula one cars. Some are more hardy than others though and can have soft paws so watch the terrain for a while. I love whippets they are so so sweet.

Red Squirrel: She's lovely. I look after a whipped lurcher regularly and she is a fab dog.
