Shouldn't the caution be aimed at the left turning lorry drivers to look out for cyclists?

Ginnersinner: Not if the lorry driver has checked and there are none there, only for one to nip up his nearside once the turn has begun or the indicator gone on. -

kwala: Well maybe I was being naive as I wouldn't nip up the nearside of a lorry whether it was indicating left or not. Perhaps the sign should be addressed to "idiot cyclists" -
