Flattest feet ever, over pronation diagnosed by everyone who knows owt about running, but this does look like supination, doesn't it? Biomechanics is dead complicated innit.

Naomi P: Yep, I think it was on a bend which would contribute. And I'm wearing supportive shoes - Asics Gel-DS, not quite the most structured shoes they make but a fair trade off between support and weight. -

flip: I'm exactly the same (with slighly bigger legs) . I was told that i was the worst supinator he ever seen but a foot specialist of 25 years standing who sometimes frequents this place. Funny enough he said exactly what boab said.
