  The handle bars are like this as the bike was delivered to me, in a box - I assume it's to save space, I'm not cycling like that. ; )

  Sloggerian: Is it one of those hand bikes? Where you propel yourself with hand rotation rather than the conventional foot method? It would also explain the lack of pedals...
