Rob-H: My Staffy runs with me all the time, usually between 3-5 miles, always easy pace. She can do longer runs up to 8-9 miles every so often. If summer temperature is above 70 I will never do more than 3 miles but she is better in cooler weather. Good luck with the running with your dog, they need the exercise, love to run and it chills/wears them out. lol
