GordonG: it would involve a hot flame, a sharp pin and a lot of sweary words.

Fat Dave: There doesn't seem to be much fluid in it. So I guess it's not so much "fix" as "prevent".

emdee: Is it just me or does the whole of the bottom of your foot look swollen?
  • 2nd Jul 2010 at 11:23pm
emdee: Maybe not. Feet are just weird.

Ted: I think that next time, prevention is the cure mate.

Fat Dave: emdee - No, I probably just have fat feet!
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 7:55am
Fat Dave: Ted - prevention how?
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 4:29pm
SPKoF: by not running as much
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 5:30pm
Fat Dave: I'm hardly banging the miles in... and I need to start, what with JW and Amsterdam coming up :-/
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 6:55pm
    Pinks: A saw?
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 8:40pm
Ted: neither you are mate. :-O Surely your foot is moving around a lot in your shoes. Toe blister too. Need to review you foot, sock, shoe set up I think.
  • 3rd Jul 2010 at 11:09pm
Fat Dave: Toe blister is a separate thing (beach run last week). Wondering if it's a lace tension thing...
