I'm knitting a pair of socks for hubby and trying not to lose track of where I am, though I'm also slightly altering the pattern so have to figure out how to compensate so the heel doesn't go awol on me!

Raptors Claws are Coming to Town
Hello :) Today I've been running with my husband for the fourth time in two weeks :) :) :)
And my Bad Knee has an appointment for its pre-op check next week. I wonder if I can use the power of pester to get it operated on before the end of the year.

Sorry, went to find an xmas bauble for a pass the parcel type evening at a friend's house next week. Back now!

I liked the Essex Serpent. My book club doesn't discuss the book much either. There'll generally be at least one who hasn't read it so we try not to do spoilers, or if we have all read it the discussion will generally go "quite liked it/loved it/hated it"
