I was bitten by two ticks on two separate occasions this summer, and one has given me Lyme again... I have been treating for nearly 2 months now and I don't seem to be making much prgress. Wel, I thought I was, but then my mother had her brain hemorrhage and subsequent death and funeral really haven't helped. I am so very exhausted... I took today off, as it was horribly wet and windy anyway and really could not face gardening in that. I also decided to fast, i.e. not eat anything for 24 hours. Interestingly, I have not been hungry and I am feeling better! My joints aren't as achey, I haven't as much neurological symptoms, not as much pain and not as stiff! I did teach my yoga class tonight... Where I was going with the above is that, really, not ideal conditions for dating... Orienteering Man is back from his holiday today, but I am going to hold of writing and meeting. I didn't give a time frame for my 'family crisis' in the Netherlands, only said that I'd be up and down a lot the next few months... Same with RS, not ready. I think you want a stable 'home' first and foremost. Interestingly, I am not at all interested in sex. Suppose Lyme induced menopause doesn't help here either... It is the close companionship I am after, and cuddles...

My appetite is also pretty poor and I have lost a bit of weight although my tummy is looking quite bloated. I saw my oncologist today and we have decid d enough is enough and I am going to try more chemo
